Patricia Taime, who is affectionately known as The Fireworks Lady. Had always been captivated by the colorful bursts of light and sound that fireworks created in the sky, and dreamed of sharing that joy with others. After gaining work experience in international marketing for family entertainment, corporate event planning, and operations management for major national conventions, Patricia decided to pursue her dream and start her own fireworks business. She was a single mom of two at the time, but she was determined to make it work.

And work it did! Over the next 20 years, Patricia’s business, Fireworks Lady & Co., LLC, became a beloved fixture in the community. Known for their dazzling displays of pyrotechnics, the company quickly gained a reputation for quality, safety, and exceptional customer service.

But Patricia’s love for fireworks was not just about business. In 2001, tragedy struck when the United States was attacked on September 11th. In response, Patricia made the selfless decision to serve her country by becoming vetted with the Department of Homeland Security. She felt blessed and honored to be able to contribute in this way.

Sadly, Patricia’s time with the Department of Homeland Security was cut short due to illness, and she was forced to take early retirement. But even then, her passion for fireworks did not wane. She continued to run her business, providing her community with the joy and excitement of fireworks for years to come.
